PC Users: Update to .NET 4

We're doing some major updates to the imVOX client. If you aren't running .NET 4, you need to update to continue to use imVOX.

Why?

We are updating to .NET 4 to allow us access to newer methods, functions, workflows and tools that are available in .NET 4. Many things that we had to monkeypatch together under .NET 2 are available and smooth under .NET 4. Things like automatic spell check, text parsing for email addresses and links, and better/newer UI elements.

Update now to make the next imVOX update seamless.

Yep, everyone. Not immediately, but they'll need it soon enough.

If they don't look at the forums, then I sent an email to everyone who has registered for imVOX notifying them of the same. Also when you launch the client that does require it, it will prompt you with an alert.
