The suggestions list.

Figured I'd make one of these, it should ease the burden of having to look through this forum for what has already been suggested, and creates a to-do list for the internets nreds who make dreams come true. I'll start by gathering the first page suggestions, and I will keep it updated (I have no life and visit forums daily) as much as possible.
I know there's a tracker or whatever it's called, this is just for those of us who prefer the forums. These are in no particular order, and some of them might be implemented already, I'll just confirm them as "Finished" once I notice/someone tells me.

1. Individual user and Inbound/Outbound volume settings: Being worked on.
2. Server background image/theme:
3. "Comments" function, the ability to add text next to your username:
4. User friendly text chat, copying of text, hyperlinking, etc:
5. PTT activation confirmation sound:
6. Shorter loading times when switching channels (BETTAR PERFORMANCE GUISE):

12. Channel access, admin and additional channel functionality in general:

16. Ban User needs to be an IP ban:
17. Private text chat with specific users:
18. AFK channel and AFK timer/auto-move option:
19. Enable/disable toggle for specific channels and servers: Being worked on.
20. "Switch user" option (Or, setting your name for different servers on the same user):

I think I have all of these in the issue tracker (private one, not Google Code one). Going to see if I can make part of the issue tracker public, but I'm unsure as it might expose all of our code too. We'll see.
